Blondie: Rage and Rapture Visit the City of Brotherly Love

 

City of Brotherly Love
The Rage and Rapture tour featuring Garbage and Blondie hit the stage at the Mann Center in Philadelphia on August 2nd.

 

Stop Fucking the Planet
Debbie Harry of Blondie models a cape that reads “Stop fucking the planet.”

Summer Camp
Shirley Manson of Garbage describes being on tour with Blondie as “The greatest summer camp you could ever dream of.”

Let’s Have Some Fun
Harry tells the crowd “I just want to have some fun now!”


Pollinator
Harry sports a bee hat and states that “Pollinator is partially dedicated to the expansion of music.”


The Hits 
Blondie’s hits such as “Call Me,” “Heart of Glass,” “Atomic,” and “One Way or Another” get the crowd to sing along and dance their hearts out.


Fragments
Harry wailed on the song “Fragments” (an Unkindness cover) from Blondie’s latest album, Pollinator.  Pollinator marks the band’s eleventh studio album.


There’s a Curfew Here! 
Blondie sings “The Tide Is High” and “Dreaming” for the encore.
